LIMITED WARRANTY FOR MacMach® AESTHETICS & MEDICAL MACHINES
MacMach (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”) guarantees that all products are covered by an integral warranty of two (2) years from the date of production (excluding consumables), provided they are used in accordance with their intended purpose.
This warranty is granted exclusively to the customer named on the official invoice.
The warranty consists of repair or replacement of products proven to be defective in materials or workmanship, at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
To obtain repair or replacement under warranty, written notice must be submitted to the Supplier within 15 days from the discovery of the defect.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

Products are used in compliance with technical specifications.

Products are installed by qualified personnel and according to the provided installation instructions.

No modification or alteration has been made without prior written authorization from the Supplier.

Defective products must be preserved in their original condition to allow inspection and analysis by the Supplier.

The Supplier will provide online guidance for repair/replacement and send free spare parts if covered under warranty.

Customers must cooperate with the MacMach service team for defect inspection, video verification, and spare parts replacement.

Consumable warranty terms must be confirmed with a MacMach sales manager, as policies may vary.

Electronic drivers are covered for up to 20,000 operating hours at Ta 25°C, or 5 years, whichever comes first.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Defects caused by accidents, force majeure, vandalism, riots, fire, severe weather, or other events unrelated to production defects.

Products tampered with or repaired without written authorization from the Supplier.

Freight, labor, installation, removal, or transport costs related to repair or replacement.
-
Products with altered, damaged, or removed original labels.
-
Collateral damages to equipment or property resulting from product failure.
-
Improper use, incorrect installation, or use with non-Supplier components.
Failure Claim Procedure
To report a failure under warranty, the customer must provide:

Written notice to the Supplier.

Invoice references (number and date).
-
Quantity of defective products.
-
Installation location.
Warranty acceptance is subject to certification of correct installation and commissioning of the MacMach aesthetic and medical equipment. After analysis, the Supplier will confirm the cause of failure and, if covered, provide repair or replacement of spare parts.
The Supplier reserves the right to charge freight and handling costs for products returned as defective but later found to be fully functional.
Final Terms
This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty between the Supplier and the customer. No additional claims, compensations, or costs may be demanded.
MacMach reserves the right to amend this warranty policy without prior notice.
